Total Diploma Apprentice Posts: 25 (Civil – 10, Electrical – 5, Mechanical – 5, IT – 5). |

| Merit Based Shortlisting | There will be no interview. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted purely on merit based on marks obtained in Matriculation (10th), 12th, ITI, Diploma and Degree in Engineering as applicable for each category of apprentice. |
| Graduate Apprentices | Merit list will be prepared with 20% weightage to 10th marks, 20% weightage to 12th/Diploma marks (whichever is higher, if both are applicable), and 60% weightage to aggregate marks in Engineering degree. Total weightage = 100%. |
| Diploma Apprentices | Merit list will be prepared with 30% weightage to 10th marks and 70% weightage to Diploma in Engineering marks. Total weightage = 100%. |
| ITI Apprentices | Merit list will be prepared with 30% weightage to 10th marks and 70% weightage to ITI marks. Total weightage = 100%. |
| Tie Resolution | In case two candidates secure equal total marks, the candidate older in age will be given preference. |
| Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original certificates/testimonials during verification. If any information provided in the application is found false, candidature will be cancelled and the candidate shall be liable for prosecution. |
