| Initial Scrutiny | Online application forms and uploaded certificates will be scrutinized. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying 12 marks (for all categories UR/SC/ST/OBC) will be considered for further stages. |
| Documentation | All shortlisted candidates must produce original documents related to age, education, caste, and sports achievements. Biometric verification/identity verification will be carried out and may be conducted at any stage of recruitment. |
| Physical Standard Test (PST) | Candidates who qualify documentation will undergo PST as per prescribed standards. Candidates claiming relaxation in height/chest must produce the required community certificate; otherwise relaxation will not be granted. |
| Merit List Preparation | After completion of Documentation and PST, a Merit List will be prepared based on marks obtained in the prescribed sports achievements as per notification criteria. |
| Detailed Medical Examination (DME) | Candidates selected as per merit and vacancy position will undergo Detailed Medical Examination to assess medical fitness as per guidelines issued by MHA from time to time. |
