| Final Year Candidates Eligibility | Candidates appearing in the final year of Engineering Degree must submit proof of passing the Engineering Degree Examination along with mark sheets of all semesters/years by 01 October 2026. |
| Degree Certificate Requirement | Final year candidates must produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at the Pre-Commissioning Training Academy (PCTA). |
| Additional Bond Condition | Candidates inducted while awaiting degree certificate will be taken on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of training cost at PCTA, stipend, and pay & allowances if they fail to submit the required degree certificate within the stipulated time. |

| Application Shortlisting | Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications stream-wise based on vacancy-to-call-up ratio. Shortlisting will be done by applying a cut-off on the cumulative percentage of marks obtained up to the final semester/year. |
| Eligibility for Final Year Candidates | Candidates studying in the final year will be provisionally allowed to appear for SSB, provided their cumulative percentage up to 6th semester/3rd year (Engineering), 8th semester/4th year (B.Arch) or 2nd semester/1st year (M.Sc) is not below the approved cut-off for the respective stream. |
| Final Result Verification | After declaration of final results, candidates must secure cumulative percentage up to the final semester/year not less than the approved cut-off. Failure to meet the cut-off will lead to cancellation of candidature. |
| SSB Selection | Shortlisted candidates will be called for Services Selection Board (SSB) interview as per Army selection norms. |
| Physical Fitness Standards (Pre-Joining) | Candidates must meet minimum physical standards before joining the training academy: 2.4 km run in 10 minutes 30 seconds, 40 push-ups, 6 pull-ups, 30 sit-ups, squats (2 sets of 30 repetitions), lunges (2 sets of 10 repetitions), and basic swimming skills. |
