| Merit-Based Selection | Selection will be made purely on merit following the applicable Rule of Reservation. |
| Total Marks | The selection process will be based on a total of 100 marks. |
| Qualifying Examination Marks | A maximum of 75 marks will be awarded based on performance in the qualifying examination. |
| Experience Weightage | Up to 10 marks will be awarded as weightage based on the number of years since passing the qualifying examination, calculated at 1 mark per completed year after PG/Completion of PG/Super-specialty. |
| Institutional Weightage | An additional 5 marks will be awarded to candidates who have completed PG/Super Specialty from Central Institutions. |

| Basic Salary Range | ₹68,900 – ₹2,05,500 per month |
