UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2026
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2026. | Educational Qualification | Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or from an institution declared as deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. Candidates appearing in the final year of degree examination are also eligible, subject to producing proof of passing before Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests. |

| Stage I – Written Examination | Candidates must qualify both Paper I and Paper II. Paper II is evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Paper I. |
| Stage II – Physical Standards Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET) | Candidates qualifying the written exam will undergo Physical Standards Test and Physical Efficiency Test. |
