| Merit List Preparation | A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the written exam. Tie-breaking will consider age (older first), marks in essential qualification, and then Matriculation marks. |
| Document Verification / Counselling | Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and counselling, where original certificates must be produced to verify eligibility, category, and domicile claims. |
| Final Recommendation | Candidates found eligible in document verification will be recommended for appointment to the respective departments. |
| Medical Examination | A medical examination may be required as part of the final selection process for Group D posts. |
