| Stage 1: Shortlisting Based on Qualification Marks | Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination as received through the MDL Apprentice Portal. |
| Stage 2: Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates must appear at MDL for document verification and submit proof of Date of Birth, educational qualification, category, and other required documents. |
| Stage 3: Interview | Candidates who successfully complete document verification will be called for an interview at MDL on the date and time intimated by the Company. |
| Merit Preparation | Final selection will be based on a combined merit list prepared with 80% weightage to qualification marks and 20% weightage to interview marks. |
| Mandatory Attendance Clause | Failure to attend document verification and interview on the scheduled date and time will be treated as unwillingness to participate, and such candidates will not be considered further. |
