AAI Manager & Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification for 389 Various Posts
Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Mini Ratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT inviting online applications for recruitment to 389 Manager and Junior Executive posts in various disciplines. The recruitment includes vacancies in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications and Survey & Cartography. Eligible candidates can submit online applications through the official AAI website from 08 August 2026 to 07 September 2026. Selection will be conducted through Computer Based Test followed by Application Verification, Interview (where applicable), Document Verification and other recruitment formalities. Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification in Engineering, MBA, Finance, Law, Architecture, Fire Engineering, Statistics, Journalism, Geography and other relevant disciplines from recognized institutions are eligible to apply. Manager posts require three years of relevant post-qualification experience, whereas Junior Executive posts do not require prior work experience. Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age limit as on 07 September 2026.

Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT inviting online applications for 389 vacancies of Managers and Junior Executives in Civil, Electrical, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications, Survey & Cartography and other disciplines across India.

Manager posts carry IDA Pay Scale of Rs.60,000-1,80,000 (E-3 Level) while Junior Executive posts carry IDA Pay Scale of Rs.40,000-1,40,000 (E-1 Level). Employees will also receive DA, Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical Facilities and other admissible benefits. Approximate annual CTC is Rs.21 lakh for Managers and Rs.14 lakh for Junior Executives.
