West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) released notification for the recruitment of 13421 Assistant Teacher posts. The WBBPE is a state-government administered autonomous body under the Department of School Education, Government of West Bengal. | Training (As per NCTE Norms) | Marks will be given for D.El.Ed./B.Ed. or other NCTE-recognized teacher training qualifications (Maximum 15 marks). |
| Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) | Marks will be awarded based on TET performance as per notification guidelines (Maximum 5 marks). |
| Extra-Curricular Activities | Marks will be awarded for achievements in sports, arts, NSS, NCC, and other recognized activities (Maximum 5 marks). |
| Viva-voce / Interview | Candidates will be evaluated based on personality, teaching ability, communication, and subject understanding in the interview (Maximum 5 marks). |
| Aptitude Test / Teaching Experience | Applicable only for para-teachers; marks based on experience and aptitude test (Maximum 5 marks). |
