| Boiler-cum-Compressor Attendant-A | Matriculation with 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by State/UT Government and 1 year of experience. |
| Written Examination | Objective-type written test covering General Knowledge, English, Reasoning and basic Numerical Ability (expected pattern). |
| Trade/Skill Test | Discipline specific practical/trade test based on mining/engine/attendant skills as per DGMS competency requirements. |
| Psychometric/Group Exercise | Assessment of candidate’s personality, teamwork, behavior and work traits (may be conducted). |
| Personal Interview | Final interview for shortlisted candidates to assess suitability and overall competence. |
