| Shortlisting Criteria | The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum requirements and do not guarantee an interview call. If the number of applications is large, IMD may restrict candidates through a screening process. |
| Screening Parameters | Screening will be based on: (i) Essential qualifications, (ii) Date of birth, (iii) Completeness of application including photograph, marksheets, certificates, and signature, (iv) Essential experience, (v) Desirable qualifications/experience, (vi) Consistent academic performance, and clarity of experience certificates regarding required skills/technologies. |
| Screening Committee Decision | A committee constituted by IMD will set the benchmark for screening applications. Only screened-in candidates will be called for interview. |
| Interview & Final Selection | Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance before the Selection Board. No correspondence will be entertained for candidates not called or not selected. |
